Harry Rizki Perdana Putra, S.T., S.H., M.H., CRA
A Former activist who underwent legal practice with more than 10 years of experience. Harry has maintained a wide network and has represented various major cases in corporate business, corruption, banking, palm oil industry, and upholding his role as Curator Manager in various Suspension of Debt Payment and Bankruptcy.
Among the major cases he has handled are the matters involving one of the largest marketplace platforms in Indonesia before the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as corruption cases involving State-Owned Enterprises and private sector entities, both at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the Attorney General’s Office. In addition to his role as a Digital Ecosystem Legal Consultant, he has also served as a Curator, professionally managing and resolving asset administration valued at tens of millions of USD.
Focusing in Commercial Litigation, Harry is a former Audit Committee on the Board of Commissioners of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V (PT PN V) (currently turned into Palm Co) and hold PERADI and an Manager/Curator license issued by the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia respectively.

Herianto Siregar, S.H., M.H., CRA., CLI.
With more than 15 years of experience as an advocate, Herianto Siregar has handled various high-profile cases across both the private and government sectors. Focusing on banking litigation, he has represented several major financial institutions such as Bank Bukopin, BTN, and BRI for many years. He was also entrusted as the Personal Attorney of Akbar Tandjung, former Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia and former minister in several ministries during the New Order era.
In the field of Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment (PKPU), Siregar has an extensive track record, including serving as Administrator for Semen Bosowa Maros (Makassar Commercial Court, 2021) and Harapan Jaya Mandiri Perkasa (Central Jakarta Commercial Court), both of which he successfully completed.
His competence has also earned the trust of numerous State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), including PGN, Pupuk Kaltim, Petrokimia Gresik, Pupuk Kujang, Perhutani, and others. Herianto Siregar holds an Advocate license from PERADI and is certified as a Receiver, Administrator, and Liquidator by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
In line with his distinguished professional record, he currently serves as a Commissioner of PT Adhi Beton, further strengthening his reputation in the fields of law and corporate governance.
